We recommend that customers have their eyes examined before purchasing and wearing contact lenses.

After selecting the products and quantities, click "Add to Cart".
For more products, please repeat Step 1.

Step 3.
View shopping cart
Once you have confirmed that the items and quantities are correct, click "Go to Cart".
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or the style, degree, curvature, or quantity can be changed.

Step 4.
Checkout
After filling in the recipient information, selecting your pickup method and payment method, and applying the discount code (if applicable), click "Pay Now".

Please ensure your contact number is correct to receive any order notifications.
Step 5.
Email confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is successfully paid. If there are any stock shortages or out-of-stock items, customer service will notify you via WhatsApp.
Step 6.
Order and shipment processing
Once an order is confirmed, goods will be ordered and shipped in the order they were placed.
All products indicate the estimated lead time for customers' reference.
Once the order is ready, the customer will be notified by email of the pickup or shipping details.
Kind tips:
The estimated ordering period falls on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, excluding working days;
Orders close at 5 PM on each business day, and subsequent orders will be counted starting from the next business day.
Step 7.
Pickup method
All delivery orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and China are handled by SF Express.
Please note: Orders selected for SF Express self-pickup will not receive a pickup notification SMS.
Please use the SF Express app to receive the pickup code.
All USKO store pickup items will be held at the store for a maximum of one month (starting from the actual arrival date).

STEP 8.
Receive goods
Before receiving and opening the product, please check that the style, color, condition, and quantity of the product are correct.
If the above information does not match your order record, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Applications submitted after this period will be invalid.
