No, the power of contact lenses is not the same as the power of glasses; it is recommended to have an eye exam with an optometrist and obtain the power of contact lenses before purchasing.

Since all our contact lenses are original and genuine, each box only has the same power. If your eyes have different degrees, you need to purchase two boxes.

Different batches of contact lenses may have differences because the agent changes the outer packaging, so customers do not need to worry.

Order issues

  • Order Confirmation: UniCon has received your order and is in stock.
  • Shipped: The order has been stocked and is in transit.
  • Completed: The order has been completed and reached its destination.

We have an estimated order lead time for each product marked on it for reference.

Delays are mostly due to agents or manufacturers being out of stock, requiring extra time to wait for restocking. There may also be delays caused by customs inspections during import. If the above situation occurs, the agent or manufacturer will notify us as soon as possible. We will contact the customer as soon as possible after receiving the notification, but we will not notify you in advance.

The inventory of all products is different. The product you want to buy may not be replenished in time and may be out of stock.

If we receive a shortage notification from our supplier, we will follow up with you as soon as possible and make appropriate arrangements.
