Items accepted for exchange:
-The goods must meet the conditions for resale, including that the product packaging box is intact and not damaged or stained.-The product has been confirmed to have quality problems.
-The goods do not match the order records.
Exchange procedure:
1. Please take photos of the defective goods first. If you suspect there are any quality problems, please keep the defective lenses for the manufacturer to inspect.
2. Email the following information (name, order number, product name, contact number and relevant photos) to cs@uskooptical.com.hk or WhatsApp to 95435355
3. The customer service officer will contact the customer to confirm the return and exchange matters.

Items accepted for return:
-Items notified by the manufacturer as out of stock.Customers can request a refund for goods that the manufacturer has informed are out of stock.
Once the product is confirmed to be out of stock, the return request will not be accepted.
If some products in the order are refunded, all discounts will be recalculated.
If there are other items in the order that cannot be refunded at the same time, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the final order amount.

We are unable to assist with returns or exchanges if the following circumstances occur:
-It has been more than 7 days since the goods were received (subject to the logistics status information);-Opened products;
-Damage caused by improper use of goods, including but not limited to excessive heating, artificial damage, etc.;
-Believe that the specifications of the goods are not suitable, but the information listed on our website is correct;
-The item shipped correctly according to the order, but the color or eye effect of the item is not what you expected/wanted.

If there are other personal reasons for requesting an exchange, we will have the opportunity to handle it at our discretion;
Additional costs will be incurred due to exchanges. We will charge an administrative fee of HK$20 per box, which does not include the return shipping fee for exchanges. USKO will review the relevant exchange application and has the right not to accept it.—
Notice:
- Please use reliable transportation methods (such as registered mail or SF Express) for returns and exchanges. USKO OPTICAL will not be responsible if the goods are lost during the return or exchange.-Except for quality issues determined by the manufacturer, products that have been opened will not be replaced or refunded.
-If some items in the order are returned, the original price of each box will be calculated.
-The coupon discount enjoyed on the original order, as well as the shipping and handling fees charged, are not refundable.
-All gifts are non-refundable or exchangeable.
-Each order can only be returned or exchanged once.
-The buyer may be responsible for the return shipping fee for returns or exchanges.
-Under normal circumstances, only products of the same style and strength are accepted for return or exchange.
