Return and exchange policy

To ensure you receive the most suitable product, we strongly recommend that you have your eyes examined by an ophthalmologist before placing an order to confirm your latest prescription and fitting parameters.

I. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Once an order is submitted, it is considered confirmed and no cancellation, modification, or change (including style, degree, curvature, quantity, etc.) will be accepted.
  • Cash refunds will not be offered unless the product is out of stock or a quality issue is confirmed.

II. Receiving Inspection and Application Time Limit

  • Please carefully check the product's style, color, prescription, and quantity to ensure they match your order before opening.
  • If you find any discrepancies with the order record, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to arrange a replacement. We will not accept any claims after this period.

III. Acceptable Exchange Situations

You can apply for an exchange in the following situations:

  • The goods are unopened, the packaging is intact, and they meet the conditions for resale.
  • The goods have been confirmed to have quality issues;
  • The actual goods received do not match the order record.

IV. Exchange Application Procedure

  1. Please take photos of the defective items first. If you suspect a quality issue, please retain the relevant lenses for the manufacturer's inspection.
  2. Please email the following information to cs@uskooptical.com.hk or WhatsApp it to 9543 5355:
    • Name
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Contact number
    • Related photos
  3. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the exchange arrangements.

V. Acceptable Return Circumstances

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • The manufacturer has confirmed that the product is permanently out of stock.

If you choose to wait for out-of-stock items to be restocked, you will be considered to have waived your right to return the items. If a refund is required for part of the order, all discounts will be recalculated, and shipping costs will be adjusted based on the final order amount. No refunds will be issued for other items not involved in the return process.

VI. The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Delivery received more than 7 days ago (based on logistics records);
  • Products that have been opened or used;
  • The outer box was damaged during logistics and transportation;
  • Damage to the product caused by improper use (including but not limited to high temperature, human damage, etc.);
  • They believe the product specifications are inappropriate, but the information listed on the website is correct;
  • The goods match the order, but the color or wearing effect is not as expected;
  • Products not purchased from USKO OPTICAL.

VII. Request for exchange due to personal reasons

For exchanges requested due to personal reasons (not related to quality or incorrect shipment), the company will handle the matter at its discretion. If approved, an administrative fee of HK$20 per box will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. USKO OPTICAL reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to accept the application.

VIII. Other Precautions

  • Please use a reliable logistics method (such as registered mail or SF Express) to return the goods. Our company will not be responsible for any loss during the return or exchange process.
  • Unless confirmed by the manufacturer as a quality issue, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Partial returns will be calculated at the original price, and order discounts will be recalculated.
  • All used coupons, shipping fees, and handling fees are non-refundable;
  • All gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Each order is limited to one return or exchange.
  • The buyer may be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges;
  • In principle, only exchanges with the same style and prescription are accepted.
  • In case of any dispute, USKO OPTICAL reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and exchanges.

IX. Language Version

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of all information and terms and conditions contained on this website, the Chinese version shall prevail.
