1. Free delivery service (Hong Kong and Macau)
- Hong Kong : Enjoy free SF Express delivery for any single purchase of contact lenses of any brand totaling HK$500 or more.
- Macau : Enjoy free SF Express delivery for any single purchase of contact lenses of any brand totaling HK$700 or more.
Remark:
- The free shipping offer does not apply to orders that only purchase nursing care products. Such orders will be shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery). Although the website displays shipping as "free," the actual shipping cost will be borne by the recipient.
- Each vial of the medicine (including outer packaging) weighs approximately 0.8 kg.
- Free shipping applies only to orders with a total weight of 2 kg or less. Orders exceeding this weight will incur additional shipping fees.
- Free shipping is only available in Hong Kong and Macau; overseas orders are not eligible.
- Free delivery applies to SF Express stations, SF Express smart lockers, residential addresses, and commercial addresses. If customers provide other special addresses, additional fees may apply upon receipt of the goods. Please refer to the SF Express official website for details.
- All orders will be properly packaged and shipped within 3 business days after being shipped.
- If the order amount does not reach the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be displayed and charged at checkout.
II. Delivery within Mainland China
- Enjoy free SF Express delivery for any single purchase of contact lenses of any brand totaling HK$700 or more.
Remark:
- Since contact lenses are liquid products, customs may open them for inspection and levy taxes during customs clearance.
- If you have any concerns about this arrangement, please consider it carefully before placing an order, or contact us after placing an order to arrange a refund.
- If the goods are refused for any reason, the company will not resend or refund them.
III. Delivery to other regions (overseas)
- Overseas orders will be sent via Hong Kong Post's "Speedpost" service, and shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight.

Remark:
- Shipping costs do not include any taxes that may be levied in the destination country or region.
- Because contact lenses contain liquid, customs may open them for inspection and levy taxes, which will be carried out in accordance with local laws.
- If the goods are refused for any reason, the company will not resend or refund them.

IV. Risks Related to Packaging and Transportation of Goods
- All goods are inspected and properly packaged before shipment.
- Based on past experience, contact lens cases may be damaged or deformed during transportation, but the lenses themselves are protected by the hard plastic casing and will not affect product quality.
- Damage to the outer box caused during shipping will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you have special packaging requirements, please contact customer service immediately after placing your order to request reinforcement; otherwise, it will be processed according to the standard procedure.
- In the event of any dispute, USKO OPTICAL reserves the right of final decision.
- We offer a 7-day exchange service so you can shop with peace of mind. Exchange arrangements are subject to relevant terms and conditions; please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
V. Self-pickup at the store
- For all orders selected for in-store pickup, the goods will be held for up to one month from the date of arrival.
- If the item is not picked up within the holding period, the order will be considered automatically cancelled without refund or further notice.
- If you require assistance arranging pickup, please contact customer service before the due date. Late requests will not be accepted.
VI. Language Version
In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of all information and terms and conditions contained on this website, the Chinese version shall prevail.
